You'll learn how to prepare hot and cold dishes, devise menus for different occasions and serve food properly. In addition, you'll be able to create all sorts of desserts, cakes and desserts that will make your mouth water. With an apprenticeship, the door is open to a wide range of jobs, whether you choose to work in a kitchen or a patisserie. You can easily combine the two.
