Butcher

Can't imagine life without meat? Do you enjoy tasting different types of cured meats? Do you know that the best meats and cold cuts come straight from the butcher? If you have the strength and you're not afraid of something, butchery will be the craft for you! You'll learn how to process a variety of meats from slaughter to finished products. The sausages, sausage rolls, salamis and choice hams that will be created under your hands will delight many a carnivorous palate.

What kind of applications will you have?

Butchers are currently in great demand. You can find work in meat production, slaughterhouses or meat shops. You can also open your own butchery or go abroad for work, where skilled butchers are in great demand. You can meet our graduates in Germany or Switzerland, for example.
